Type A balloon

Type A airbag is designed to carry loads horizontally on the ground. Its lifting height is very small and only lifts loads from the ground.

The following picture shows the three working states of type A airbag:

Type A balloon has the following characteristics:

1. Type A airbag is very suitable for the occasion where it is permanently placed under load, such as machine equipment or large and heavy objects. The load only needs to float and does not need to be lifted. In addition, the A-type airbag is suitable for the occasion where the load is placed directly on the airbag/load-bearing module, instead of lifting the load with the airbag before moving the load.

2. When the load only needs to be lifted slightly and the ground is smooth and smooth, the use of type A air bag can improve the efficiency of compressed air, because the lifting height is small, the handling is safer.

Type B balloon

When the B-type airbag is used, the load is lifted vertically from its base, then moved horizontally to its destination on the ground, and finally landed in place. The elevation of type B balloon is 2 to 3 times higher than that of type A balloon.

Type B balloon has the following characteristics:

1. Type B airbag is bonded to an aluminium backplane. This rubber body can provide a higher lifting height and higher working pressure.

2. The application occasion of B-type airbag: It requires high lifting height, and the carrying capacity per unit area is more important than wear resistance, stability and efficiency of compressed air.

3. The lifting height is large. The lifting height of B-type airbag is 2-3 times that of A-type airbag. Therefore, it can handle the load by lifting-picking action, just like the common tray forklift.

4. Type B airbag can work at 30 psi instead of 15 psi pressure. Its carrying capacity is twice as large as type A airbag of the same size, but it needs three times the air flow rate.
